Note: orders are shipped only after payment is received, a process taking 2-5 business days depending on the bank. b) Card Payment: Payment is charged immediately to the customer’s credit card. Customers fill out a secure form provided by our partner bank, entering card number, expiration date, and other details. No card data is stored by THE COMPANY. All credit, debit, and prepaid cards of types Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover are accepted. c) Cash on Delivery: Payment is made in cash upon delivery. d) In-Store Pickup: Payment is made in cash upon pickup at our store, Gr. Lambraki 111, Thessaloniki, 54351.

7. Returns – Withdrawal Policy

If you wish to return products purchased online, they must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery at the customer’s expense. Products must be intact, in their original packaging, unopened, and unassembled. Returns not meeting these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their cost. Returns must include the original purchase receipt. Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the notification of withdrawal.
